Insurance Information

Chelan Kids Naturopathic Medicine is not currently contracted with insurance.  All payments are due at the time of service.  We accept credit card, check, or cash as form of payment.  You may use HSA or FSA funds if your specific plan covers out of network providers.  “Superbills” will be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for possible/partial reimbursement.  It is your responsibility to understand IF your insurance plan will reimburse for out of network providers, and at what rate.

Fee Schedule

Well-Child Visits

• New Patient Well-Child Visit: $200

• Established Patient Well-Child Visit: $175

Acute & Sick Visits

• New Patient sick visit: $250

• Established Patient Acute (sick) visit: $50-200 

• Return visit (For ongoing concerns): $100-$200

• Telehealth: $50-100

• Nebulizer treatment: $50

• Wart removal: $150

• Ear clean out: $100

• After-hours phone call: $50-100

• Late cancel/no-show: $50 (Late cancellations are anything with less than 24 hours notice)

Adults Services

• Intramuscular Vitamin B12 Injection: $35

• Adult acute visits (New patient): $200

• Adult acute visits (Established patient): $50-$250
